The SODEVA conceived, developed and patented the ultrasonic system of declogging / deblinding of screens "SONISCREEN".

Several hundreds such systems are presently operating world wide.

LAO SOUNG Separator is equipped with the SONISCREEN device produces ultrasounds in order to generate a vibration of the screening cloth of small amplitude but of very high acceleration level, in order to prevent clogging / blinding and to make easy the passage of the powder grains through the screening cloth.

The ultrasonic transducer is fixed on a patented resonating structure which transmit the ultrasonic vibration to the screening cloth. 		Flow-thru separator Screening machines
