Pharmaceutical Grade Separator & Filter
Lao Soung's pharmaceutical grade separator is designed to conform to stringent requirements that are often seen in the pharmaceutical and other related industry. This highly customizable unit is easy to clean, has minimal residual particles, faster discharge, well protected against contaminants. Although it's called pharmaceutical grade, this separator is highly appropriate for highly corrosive and volatile materials in other industries.
● Customised Dust Cover - customised inlet to suit your production line, reduces dusting.
● Discharge Gate - better control of product discharge for improved effiency.
● Full Stainless Steel - SUS316 for contact parts, and SUS304 for vibro body/base.
● Mirror Polish Surface Finish - for both internal and external surface of all contact parts.
● Low Residual Flange - Lao Soung's pharmaceutical grade "Z" Flange, designed to minimise residual particles, and features a silicon slip-on gaskets, no adhesive required.
● Spring Dust Cover - additional protection against dust.
● IP54 Motor - protected against dust and splashing of water. EX-PROOF Motor available on request.
● Quick Release Clamp - for quick disassembly and cleaning.
● Magnetic Guard at outlet (available on request) - removes ferrous contaminants for product safety.
