Compact Series Brush System
Mobile and compact LS-450S combined with a Rotary Brush System. Rotary brush operates in conjunction with the separator at low rpm. Lumps are broken apart between the brush or scraper and the screen. Particles too large to pass through are brushed aside to prevent clogging the screen, maintaining screening efficiency.
● Suitable for easily clumped material – material high in oil, or water content, susceptible to clumping.
● Brush or Scraper – can be changed over quickly to suit various products.
● Mobile and adjustable - mobile chassis allows quick relocation. Brush can be raised for fast screen change, cleaning, and maintenance.
● Simple operation - controlled independently from the separator, via an easily operated control panel.
● Durable, brush does not damage screen - brush does not make contact with screen, prevents early wear and tear.
● Compact - small, lightweight and requires little space.
● Stainless Steel - all contact parts in stainless steel SUS304. Full or partial SUS316 upgrades available.
● Single Phase Motor - High efficiency vibration motor, can be used in normal household power supply.
