Pharmaceutical Grade Separator & Filter
Lao Soung's pharmaceutical grade separator is designed to conform to stringent requirements within the pharmaceutical and related industries. This highly customizable unit is easy to clean, designed for minimal residual particles, faster discharge, and well protected against contaminants. Although it's called pharmaceutical grade, this design is appropriate for other applications processing highly corrosive and volatile materials.
● Full Stainless Steel - SUS316L for contact parts, and SUS304 for base and other external components.
● Mirror Polish Surface Finish - for both internal and external surface of all contact parts.
● Customised Dust Cover - Customised inlet to suit your production line, reduces dusting. BFM® fittings available on request.
● Low Residual Flange Designs- Lao Soung's pharmaceutical grade "Z" Flange, designed to minimise residual particles, features a silicon slip-on gaskets, no additional adhesive required.
● Powder Coated Springs with Spring Dust Cover - High corrosion resistant springs, with cover for additional protection against dust.
● Quick Release Clamp - for quick and easy disassembly and cleaning, reducing maintenance down time.
● EX-PROOF Motor available on request - Certified by Taiwan Industrial Technology Research Institute.
● Magnetic Guard available on request - High power magnet removes ferrous contaminants.
